H-1B & OTHER WORK VISAS
This visa allows an alien to work temporarily in the U.S. in a ‘specialty occupation’ or a professional position. It is also applicable to fashion models of ‘distinguished merit and ability’.
Naturalization & Citizenship

F-1 STUDENT VISAS

The B-1 or Business Visitor’s Visa is a permit issued by the U.S. Govt. to a foreigner who intends to enter the U.S. for such period of time as may be necessary to conduct and conclude a ‘business activity’.
